What’s a Media Day?

A Media Day Session is a fast, fun, and high-energy photo experience for your entire team. We set up a pro-grade photo studio on-site and every athlete gets the VIP treatment—with jaw-dropping images to prove it.

What’s Included:

  • Individual Athlete Portraits
    • Headshots + full-body poses ( 3 different poses athlete choice )
    • Custom lighting, props, and action shots
    • High-resolution downloads for social media, recruiting, and printing
  • Team Photo
    • Traditional and Grit styled (with smoke/fog effects, lighting, etc.)
  • Small group/ buddy shots
    • This is where the team really gets to show their personality. ( checkout our Pinterest page for ideas)
  • Fast Turnaround & Easy Ordering
    • Parents and athletes get a link to download all of the best images from the shoot, order prints, or grab custom products (7-10 business days)
  • Media-Day Only Add-ons Available:
    • We can also add video and sizzle reels to your shoot for an additional fee

Booking is Easy!
Just pick a date, location (we can come to your gym or field), and we’ll do the rest. All you need is your uniforms and your game face—we’ll handle the lights, music, and camera action.
Spots Are Limited

We only take a few Media Day sessions per season to keep our quality high. Don’t miss your chance to give your team a professional media experience they’ll never forget. These types of shoots do require some patience with booking to be able to accommodate schedules. The earlier you contact us the better chance you have at grabbing a time that works best for you your Team. This is usually co- ordinated by a team parent so don’t wait for coach to set this up. Don’t worry we will be your partner in making it all happen.

Pricing & Participation Details

Cost per athlete: $99.00
  • A minimum of 10 participating athletes is required to book a Media Day
  • For larger teams (20+ athletes), we ask for at least 75% participation to ensure a full team experience
  • Payment is typically made by individual families, not the club or organization—unless prior fundraising has been arranged
  • Travel distance and team size may affect final pricing, and we’ll provide a custom quote to fit your needs
